1 – Class Reservation

Members are responsible to sign themselves in to a class using the online reservation system provided by Primal Athletics LTD. prior to the start of every class*.

If a Member does not sign in prior to class, participation in that time slot will not be guaranteed.

You can reserve your class spot up to 5 minutes prior to class start time. 

Primal Athletics staff will not sign people in to classes - that is your responsibility. 

*Class participation is regulated to ensure the ratio of Members to Coach is fair and equitable in that the Coach can effectively manage the class structure, class flow and above all the safety of all Members in the class.


2 – Cancellation of class participation via online reservation system provided by Primal Athletics LTD.

It is a Member’s responsibility to cancel their reservation in the online reservation system provided by Primal Athletics LTD.

If you sign in and reserve a space and NO SHOW without cancelling yourself out of the online reservation system, you will be charged a $15 plus HST administration fee due before your participation in the next class.

We also have a 60-minute cancellation window for all classes from the scheduled start times to allow for those members who may be on the waitlist time to get to class.

If you late cancel within the 60-minute window, we will leverage the 'no show/late cancel fee' to your account which is due upon receipt BEFORE you attend your next class.


3 – Lates

Class Members will not be admitted to the class under the following conditions:

  • Late arrival of 5 minutes or more
  • If you are late to class & not signed in, you are not permitted to participate.

There are no exceptions for lateness.  This disrupts the class and is a safety issue with people not being properly warmed up for the workout.

* Lates are judged by clocks, watches, and cellular devices of the management team of Primal Athletics LTD.


4 – Talking/Class Disruption/Distracted/Inattentive

We understand our Members enjoy socializing during class.

However, the Coach and/or Coaches instructing the class can and will ask any Members(s) to leave the class under the following circumstances:

  • Coach deems the Member to be disruptive to the class format.
  • Coach deems the Member to be disruptive to the instructions being delivered during class i.e. clearly not listening to instructions, performing their own exercises and other such behaviour.
  • Coach deems the Member to be disruptive to other Members in the class.
  • Coach deems the Member to be posing a significant safety risk to themselves and/or other Members in the class.
  • Any other behaviour that the Coach deems to be disruptive.


5 – Class in Progress/Private session in Progress

Until the Coach invites the Members into the gym to begin class, Members ARE NOT admitted on to the workout floor area until the start of the class.


6 – Late payments/NSF

Effective October 17, 2013, Members with unpaid memberships will not be admitted to class and will have reservation privileges temporarily revoked until the account* is paid in full.

*If the cheque has Non-Sufficient Funds, the fee will be $60. ($45 bank administration fee + $15 Primal Athletics LTD. administration fee).


7 – Refund Policy for Services

Unlimited memberships are non-refundable, but under certain conditions may be put on hold for a $40 administration fee which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management.

Meal Plans & Transformation Challenges are non- refundable.


8 – Personal Training & Semi-Private Training

Any sessions missed with less than 12 hours’ notification are forfeited.

If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session

If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.

Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.


9 – Cleaning

Members are expected to clean up after themselves during and after your workouts. Please wipe your mats and put your weights in the designated area.


10 – Attire

Members are required to wear proper gym attire to participant in classes. Wet, outdoor shoes will not be permitted on the workout floor area.
